Service providers we share information with
We share personal information with companies that perform services on our behalf, and only what they need to do that work. These include:
- Payments: Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- Website, order system, and databases: Vercel and Neon host this website and our order records.
- Email: Google Workspace and Resend send our emails, and Kit sends our email newsletters.
- Community: Skool hosts the 9x12 Method community.
- Printing and mailing: for print orders, our printing partner receives your print files, shipping address, and mailing routes so it can fulfill your order.
- Advertising platforms: Google and similar advertising platforms, as described below.
Customer lists and advertising (Google Customer Match)
We may share customer and community member information, such as your email address and name, with advertising platforms like Google to perform advertising services on our behalf. For example, we may upload a list of customers and community members to Google Ads (Customer Match) so we can show you relevant ads, measure our advertising, or avoid showing you ads for things you already have. The list is hashed (encrypted) before Google uses it to match it to Google accounts, and Google handles it under its Customer Match policies.
Phone numbers you give us for text messages (SMS) and your SMS opt-in are never included in these lists or shared with anyone.
To keep your information out of these lists, email us at the address in the Contact Us section and we’ll remove you from future uploads. You can also turn off personalized ads from Google at My Ad Center.
Analytics, advertising, and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, and the Google Ads tag to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited this site (remarketing), including on YouTube and other sites in the Google network. We may use similar tools from other advertising platforms.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google at My Ad Center, and from many other vendors at aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Print orders
When you order printing, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, print files, and mailing routes, and keep a record of your order, proofs, and approvals. We use this to fulfill your order, send you updates about it, and keep records. Your private order page is reached through a link only you receive, so please keep it to yourself.

In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you and to identify people and images in photographs/videos provided by you to us. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.
Non-Personal Information: In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also may aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the site.
