- If your routes have more doors than your print run, USPS charges postage for every door, so checkout adds $0.26 per extra door. We still print and mail exactly your print run.
- One drop-off Post Office is included. Each additional one is $25.
- Print Only ships the cards to you. You pay USPS postage (about $0.26 a card) and do the EDDM prep and drop-off.

USPS classes a 6x11 card as a flat, not a postcard, so leave the word "Postcard" off the printed card. It qualifies for EDDM because it's 11" long, over the 10.5" minimum.

USPS doesn't guarantee a delivery window for Marketing Mail. In our experience, cards usually reach homes 3 to 5 business days after the drop-off. Set coupon expiration dates with that in mind.

Community card printing questions
How much does community card printing cost?
A community card printed and mailed to 2,500 homes is $1,449 All Inclusive, postage included, which works out to about 58 cents a home. Print Only is $639 for 2,500, plus about $650 in USPS postage that you pay and prep yourself. Runs of 1,000, 5,000, 10,000 homes are available too.
Is postage included?
Yes, on All Inclusive. The price covers USPS EDDM Retail postage ($0.26 a piece as of July 12, 2026), bundling, and the drop-off at your Post Office. Print Only doesn't include postage.
Can a 6x11 card go out with EDDM?
Yes. An EDDM Retail piece has to be longer than 10.5", taller than 6.125", or thicker than 0.25" in at least one dimension, and a community card is 11" long. USPS classes it as a flat, not a postcard, so leave the word "Postcard" off the printed card.
What if my routes have more homes than my print run?

A print-ready PDF in CMYK with 300 DPI images. Design on a plain 6" x 11" file and our print team adds the trim and bleed (a 6.25" x 11.25" file with the bleed built in works too). Upload it at checkout or send it later. You approve a digital proof before anything prints.
