A quick walkthrough of the 9x12 Method CRM sales pipeline tab: drag-and-drop deal stages, bulk moves, copying lead emails, and building custom stages.
Key takeaways
- The pipeline is drag and drop, so each contact moves from new lead and first contact through proposal and negotiation to won or closed lost.
- One click copies every email address in a stage to your clipboard, so you can paste them into Gmail and email all your new leads at once.
- After a bulk email, select those contacts and use move to stage to shift them all to first contact instead of dragging them one by one.
- You can search contacts, open and edit any contact card, and add, reorder, or delete stages so the pipeline matches how you actually sell.

Welcome to the 9x12 method CRM sales pipeline tab. Now, this is where you can actually keep track of how far along certain contacts are in your sales pipeline. So, it's drag and drop. So, let's say you have a brand new lead and you just sent them their first email. You could just drag and drop them there.
So, you actually know what stage each person is in. Let's say they responded and then you sent them the proposal. You would move them here. Pretty simple. Let's say you they agreed to your proposal.
they're interested, but you're still talking about the details, but you know that they're interested. Now, you're in the negotiation phase. Let's say you sold them and they paid you your money. Boom. Congrats.
Let's say you have a different contact that wasn't interested. You would simply move them down to the close loss tab. Sorry, you lost this guy. You have all these new leads in here and you want to send an email out to all of them at once where you can easily just click this and you'll copy all of their emails to your clipboard. So you can easily paste that into Gmail or your email provider to send an email off to all of them.
You can also bulk move these contacts. So you don't have to move them one by one. If you just sent an email to all of them, you can bulk move them and then just click move to stage and you could choose the stage which you would probably move them to first contact because you just emailed them. Now they're in the first contact section. Of course, at any point if you need their contact information, you just click here and you can actually edit the contact card as always.
You can also search for contacts in your pipeline. So, if you're looking for a specific contact, it'll show up with the specific contact. Now, these stages might not be for you. So, you can also delete and add stages. So, all you do is click add stage.
And let's say you want a stage that's called they think I'm funny. This wouldn't make sense to have as a stage, but this is an example. Now, you have a stage called They Think I'm Funny, and you can drag it into the position you want. And you can also delete certain stages if they're not useful to you. So, this is your drag and drop sales pipeline, and this is how you keep track when you have hundreds and hundreds of contacts.
You can keep track of exactly what stage they're at and easily access their contact information here.
