mention I have over 1,800 people in my online community which is totally free by the way who are doing the exact same thing and absolutely killing it in their own town or city and I know what you're thinking he's probably blasting out emails all day long that's not sustainable but guess what I work about 2 hours a day 5 days a week and the rest of the time I spend doing crap like this and by the way I get it if you're a skeptic like me it can be helpful just to tell those little negative monkeys to be quiet just for 5 minutes just so you can listen to a stranger on the internet this will be the one time that you won't regret listening to a random stranger on YouTube I promise so at this point you're definitely wondering what the heck are we selling anyway it's simple I call it the 9x12 method this is where you sell advertising slots on a large post card to local businesses and the card is 9x1 12 in hence the name the 9x12 method it's actually a pretty cool Community Builder because it allows local businesses to actually be able to afford mail marketing because they actually split the cost of marketing and at the same time you benefit by bringing the businesses together because you make around four grand Profit just for coordinating it once you've sold out all of the ad slots and pasted in their ads that they design for you or you design yourself the card is mailed to 5,000 households in the community so it's great for the business it's great for you for coordinating it and making profit and the community benefits because they get discounts for local businesses around them that they already love oh and by the way I take care of the printing and shipping so that you guys can focus on selling but we'll talk about that in another video or you can find out about that on my community but imagine if you do this in two separate towns that's 8,000 a month and why is the sale allegedly so easy that we can just do it all over email because you're not a salesperson where to start which is building your lead list now first I'm going to make the assumption that you already know the best Industries to Target because you've already joined our community where we actually provide that list once you've chosen an industry in what town to Target you're going to look up industry in town on Google so for example realtors in Granville Ohio and then go down the list one by one go into to each business's website and find their contact info so now we're on one of those realtor websites and you're only going to find their contact info in one of four places I promise if you look anywhere else you're just wasting your precious time first you're going to want to look at their header and as you can see we already found this realtor's email the second place the email could possibly be is in their footer and there it is again the third place where you might find their email is on their contact page obviously and lastly if you find the Facebook icon you've struck gold just click on that icon and it'll bring you directly to their Facebook page where you'll definitely find their email and on some websites you won't find any of these things and that's okay just move on forget about it you will waste your time if you try to look anywhere else you're going to want to copy and paste the company's name email and phone number onto a spreadsheet that way you have everybody's contact information in one place in my free community I already provide this spreadsheet as a formatted template that way it's already formatted for you to just easily drag and drop again Link in the description and if you don't want to spend hours digging around for local businesses emails I don't blame you you might have a full-time job I actually provide this as a service where you'll just tell me the town and the 10 Industries you want me to Target and within 48 hours I'll send you a fully completed list that I actually collected myself using the strategy that I just showed you I've gotten really fast at it I guarantee 300 leads and I'll probably actually give you more than 10 Industries don't tell anybody just hire me to do the boring work if you're busy that way you sending emails getting flagged as a spammer by the email robots is the last thing you want because then nobody ever will see your emails that's not a good way to make sales there's three primary reasons that an email provider would Mark your messages at spam number one is sending too many emails in a short period of time the second reason would be if you're getting a low response rate and reason number three is actually using spammy words that the email robots are trained to not like and lucky for you problems number two and three can actually be avoided by joining my free community and using the exact scripts that I provide people actually respond to these scripts and they're worded naturally to slip by the robots spam filters also lucky for you I'm going to show you how to avoid problem number one so then you'll be all set I recommend sending no more than 30 emails per account per day so what does this mean if you want to send more than 30 emails a day and make more sales well just make more accounts it's actually that simple I call this scaling wide and I use it and top cold emailing companies use it as well to keep their email domains in good standing and now there's one caveat that I have haven't mentioned yet and that's that email robots are actually more weary of brand new email accounts this is why I recommend setting up three email accounts to start out and slowly warming them up over time to warm up your accounts start with sending 10 emails per day per account split up over two sessions one session at 8:00 a.m. and one session at 10: a.m. then after two weeks you're safe to bump it up to 15 emails per day per account split into three sets now one session at 8:00 a.
